Welcome to Paul Albert counselling services. I'm based in Hertfordshire and work from premises in Park Street and central St Albans.
I'm a fully qualified counsellor and have worked with a range of issues including addiction, low self confidence and self esteem, relationship difficulties and sexual issues.
You may be unfamiliar with counselling or not sure whether it's right for you. You can contact me to discuss this and any questions you might have. If you would then like to meet with me, we can have an initial session before deciding if you would like to meet on a regular basis.
